2. Booking

2.2. Once you have entered and submitted your details, you are also the responsible buyer of the services that will be provided by Viva Sevilla Tours. All necessary communications before, during, and after the services will be conducted with or through you.
2.3. A submitted reservation or form is not a final booking. Your tour is only final when you have received a confirmation email from Viva Sevilla Tours. Confirmation is normally immediate and done within 12 hours at the latest.

3. Attendance and Duration

3.1. You should be present at the starting point of the tour at least 10 minutes before the start, as mentioned on our website or in the confirmation email.
3.2. Our guide will wait approximately 10 minutes for those who are not present or arrive late. If the tour starts later, not due to the guide, it will end at the originally scheduled time as mentioned on our website. The guide has the right to change the program in this case.
3.3. The duration of a tour as indicated on the website is the best possible approach for the best experience. The guide may deviate slightly from this.

4. Prices

4.1. Only the prices listed on our website are leading in all cases.
4.2. Viva Sevilla Tours cannot take responsibility for prices offered through third parties in any way. In this case, you should refer to the respective person or party.
4.3. Viva Sevilla Tours also uses various promotional materials where prices may be listed. In this case, the prices on the website are leading because promotional prices and materials have an expiration date that is also printed on the materials.
4.4. Price changes are reserved. If you have made a booking, this will always be confirmed again as a rule. Both parties can proceed to cancel the booking without costs.

5. Payment

5.1. No deposit is required when making a reservation.
5.2. When your booking is confirmed, you are expected to participate in the tour and pay the tour costs as listed on our website.
5.3. Payment by invoice and bank transfer or in cash at the end of the tour. For cash payment, it must be made to the guide immediately at the end of the tour. Payment for a tour cannot be made with a chip, PIN, or credit card.
5.4. In the case of a custom tour or services or a tour for more than 10 people, Viva Sevilla Tours may request a minimum of 35 percent deposit.
5.5. When a deposit is required, the amount must be received by Viva Sevilla Tours within 10 days after the confirmation.

6. Cancellation

6.1. Cancellation of a reserved tour can always be done until the start.
6.2. If your cancellation is not received by Viva Sevilla Tours, the payment of the full amount is obligatory.

7. Liability and Responsibility

7.1. Our tours are conducted by an expert guide with the utmost care. However, your participation in a tour is at your own risk and responsibility.
7.2. Viva Sevilla Tours is not liable for injury, loss, or theft of your possessions. As a participant, you must have valid travel insurance in case of injury, loss, or theft of property during a tour.
7.3. A bicycle helmet for children under 16 is mandatory and included in the price for a bike tour, but you as a parent/guardian are responsible for ensuring the safety and integrity of the helmet and your child.

8. Quality

8.1. Viva Sevilla Tours strives to continuously improve the quality of its services for you as a customer to perform as optimally as possible.
8.2. Our guide is a professional with extensive, specific local knowledge of the old center of Seville.
8.3. If you want to know more about a specific topic, from your own interest or skills, you can let us know via our email address.
8.4. No question is strange. So if you have a specific question during a tour, ask it immediately and not afterwards.
8.5. If you are not satisfied with the service provided by Viva Sevilla Tours, send your feedback via the general email address listed on the website. Clearly mention your name, tour, date, and your feedback in the email. Without this information, we cannot process your response.
8.6. If your comment is justified, the refund will be made in cash with a maximum within a week after settlement.
